The more you know: Highlighting the NASPA Undergraduate Conference

January 11, 2015

Did you know that NASPA has a membership category for any undergraduate student who is interested in exploring student affairs as a career? And did you know that this category is not just for those that qualify for NUFP? It’s $26 and can be purchased here.

Did you know that NASPA hosts a conference for undergraduate students interested in pursuing a career in student affairs, held before the NASPA Annual Conference every year? And did you know that this year the University of New Orleans is hosting the event on March 21 & 22, that students can come just to this conference and not the Annual conference, and that there are scholarship opportunities sponsored by Capstone On-Campus Management?

Well if you didn’t know of this opportunity, hopefully you do now! Check out the 2015 NASPA Undergraduate Conference webpage, where you can find more information about scholarships, learning outcomes, the schedule, as well as how to apply to be a facilitator of this conference. And if you need more reasons to attend, check out last year’s blog post highlighting 5 ways to know you want to attend.

Early-bird deadline is January 16, so register today!

This post is part of the 15 Days of NASPA campaign. To learn more about this activity, as well as about the #NASPAshares Stipends, an opportunity for new professionals and graduate students to win registration and stipend money to attend the 2015 NASPA Annual Conference in New Orleans, LA, please see the blog announcement.

Today’s key word of the day is “things”.
