About the International Center for Student Success and Institutional Accountability

NASPA-Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education and Keeling & Associates (K&A) have joined together to found the International Center for Student Success and Institutional Accountability (ICSSIA), a means of responding to two significant but related issues in higher education: an increasingly heterogeneous cadre of students with increasingly divergent needs and backgrounds, and an increasingly urgent demand from the public for accountability. These two phenomena are almost symbiotically interrelated, and the Center is designed to provide resources, policy initiatives, grant-funded projects, and a variety of discussion forums to help higher education institutions deal with these two related issues.
