In an effort to support the first-time conference attendance of the future generation of student affairs professionals (NASPA Undergraduate members, NUFP Fellows, and NASPA Graduate Student members), NASPA and Golden Key International Honour Society have created the Golden Key NASPA Annual Conference Scholarship. These Scholarship funds must be used towards pre-conference workshop and conference registration fees, travel to and from the conference, up to five nights lodging in a double occupancy room, and meals – up to a maximum of $825.00.
These twelve scholarship recipients, eight undergraduate students and four graduate students who are first-time attendees to the NASPA Annual Conference, will be required to engage in many of the initiatives at the annual conference, including blogging, tweeting, and volunteering in various areas of the conference. All applicants must be members of NASPA or Golden Key and have at least a 3.5 GPA at time of application (a 3.7 is preferred).
To find out more information about the Golden Key NASPA Scholarship, including full requirements and expectations, please download the application. All application materials are due in one email to Nathan Victoria by December 15, 2011, 2:00 p.m. ET.
