Hotel Room Blocks will open for reservations on October 1, 2010
You must be registered for the conference in order to make a hotel reservation

Beginning October 1, 2010, you will be able to make hotel reservations through the NASPA Housing Bureau.  You will need to be registered for the conference in order to reserve a hotel room.  Individuals who are registered for the conference prior to October 1 will receive an email approximately three days prior to October 1 with specific details on how to access the Housing Burea.  Registrations that occur beginning October 1 will receive the housing link in their registration confirmation.  

Please do not contact hotels directly, as they will not offer the NASPA rate.  All reservations will need to go through the NASPA Housing Bureau in order to receive the conference rate.  NASPA will not be able to get that rate changed for you if you choose to book outside of our block.

**IMPORTANT** At no time will NASPA ask third party companies to contact our attendees/exhibitors to book hotel rooms.  If a company contacts you and and indicates that they are representing NASPA and offers you a better rate than what is quoted below, it is a scam.  Please alert the NASPA office if this happens to you.

Most conference activities will take place in the Philadelphia Convention Center.  Additional educational sessions, meetings, receptions, and other activities will take place at the Philadelphia Marriott, which connects to the convention center.  The below hotels are all within walking distance to the center.
