Meetings and Receptions

We are no longer taking requests for meeting space at the conference.

All events at the conference will fall under one of the following two categories.  It is not necessary to classify your event, this is for informational purposes only.

Non NASPA Funded Events

Institutional receptions, meetings and other miscellaneous events that will not be funded/sponsored by NASPA, would fall under this category. These groups will work directly with the hotel to coordinate food and beverage, set-up, AV, etc and will also work out billing arrangements directly with the hotel. There is no charge for the use of the meeting room.  For catering needs you will contact the hotel directly.  Please DO NOT use the catering form provided on this website.

NASPA Funded Events

These are typically meetings/events that occur during the national conference for NASPA leadership/members. These events are funded/sponsored by NASPA and will be applied to our master account with the facilities. All arrangements will be coordinated and approved by NASPA staff. Catering Request forms are now available.  Deadline for submitting catering orders is January 6, 2012..  Catering forms are NASPA Funded Events ONLY.

CATERING

The hotels will be begin taking catering orders on December 1, 2011 form all events that are NOT being funded by NASPA.
