Hazing has long been an issue that student affairs practitioners at all levels have had to combat. While the antics seen on “Animal House” may be an outdated example of today’s college hazing activities, current practices among groups and individuals who participate in hazing may be even more dangerous because they incorporate behaviors that are considered normal and take place in their typical social environment. Please join us as we review current definitions and best practices, and suggest new approaches to this growing challenge.
