Traditionally NASPA has sold out the room block very early, so don't delay. You must be registered for the NASPA Conference  in order to make your hotel reservation. 

Please do not contact the hotels directly; they will not be able to book your hotel room unless you make it outside of our block. If you make hotel arrangements outside of the NASPA room block, we will not be able to contact the hotel and have the conference rate applied to your room nights. All reservations must be made through the NASPA Housing Bureau.

The 2009 NASPA Annual Conference will take place at the Washington State Convention Center, as well as the Sheraton, Hilton and Westin Hotels. All properties offer a unique combination of meeting facilities and amenities. Most educational sessions and featured speakers will take place in the convention center. Special meetings and other ancillary events may be split between the three properties. The Placement Exchange, as well as Exhibits, will take place in the Convention Center.

2009 Conference Hotel Rates & Reservation Options

To take advantage of the special NASPA rates, please book your reservation by 2/11/09. After this date, the NASPA room blocks will be released and rooms may only be available at higher rates.

All rates are per room and are subject to 15.6% tax (subject to change).

Special requests cannot be guaranteed, however hotels will do their best to honor all requests. Hotels will assign specific room types upon check-in, based on availability.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
The NASPA Housing Bureau will send an acknowledgement of your reservation. Please review all information for accuracy. If you do not receive acknowledgement within 7-10 days, or have questions regarding your reservation, please contact the NASPA Housing Bureau by phone at (888) 877-0255 or by e-mail at hotelres@visitseattle.org.

You will not receive confirmation from the hotel.

DEPOSITS
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card or check. Credit cards will not be charged a deposit. Checks are only accepted with mailed forms, and should be made in the amount of $250 deposit, made payable to Seattle Housing Bureau (NASPA) and sent to the address listed above.

CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS
Reservations may be changed or cancelled via the website or through the Seattle Housing Bureau until February 19, 2009. Cancellations received after February 11, 2009, will be charged a $25 processing fee. Do not contact the hotels directly until after February 18, 2009.

ROOMMATE MATCHING: Share a room, save money!

NASPA has partnered with Lifetopia Roommates, the company that provides universities with roommate self-selection software. This service will provide NASPA members with a platform to find roommates to share hotel accommodations. If you want to find someone to share a room with, go to NASPA RoommateClick  and create a profile using the authentication code on your event confirmation.
