The NASPA Housing Bureau will begin accepting hotel reservations on October 1, 2008. Traditionally NASPA has sold out the room block quickly. Complete your Conference Registration early so that you can make your hotel reservation on October 1st. Individuals who register prior to October 1st. will receive instructions on how to make your hotel reservations, one week prior to October 1st. After the Housing opens, your confirmation email will have the information you need to make your reservation.

Please do not contact the hotels directly; they will not be able to book your hotel room unless you make it outside of our block. If you make hotel arrangements outside of the NASPA room block, we will not be able to contact the hotel and have the conference rate applied to your room nights. All reservations must be made through the NASPA Housing Bureau.

The 2009 NASPA Annual Conference will take place at the Washington State Convention Center, as well as the Sheraton, Hilton and Westin Hotels. All properties offer a unique combination of meeting facilities and amenities. Most educational sessions and featured speakers will take place in the convention center. Special meetings and other ancillary events may be split between the three properties. The Placement Exchange, as well as Exhibits, will take place in the Convention Center.
