Important Hotel Update

Hotel rooms are still available! We are continuously adding rooms to our block at the various hotels. The housing bureau may offer some room nights that we currently don’t have in our inventory at a higher rate in order to complete your reservation. Once new inventory of rooms have been added, the housing bureau will go back and apply the conference rate to those reservation.

Just for your information, it is typical that hotels hold some of their rooms back from groups in order to accommodate transient traffic coming to town for other business or vacations. This is of course at a higher rate then our conference attendees. So, the hotel may book a reservation for you outside of the NASPA block if you do not indicate you are coming in town for NASPA, at a much higher rate. If you book this reservation, NASPA WILL NOT be able to request to have the conference rate applied to that reservation.

The NASPA Housing Travel Desk is currently accepting reservations.
