July 19, 2016

On behalf of the NASPA Undergraduate Fellows Program and the Multiracial Knowledge Community (MRKC), congratulations on your admittance to NUFP and welcome to the field of higher education and student affairs!

The Multiracial Knowledge Community has two NUFP Coordinators and our names are Amber Hurt and Nicole Caridad Ralston.  Amber Hurt is a Resident Director at Hofstra University. She earned a Bachelor's degree in psychology from SUNY College at Old Westbury where she was a NUFP! She earned a Master's degree in Higher Education and Leadership Policy studies from Hofstra University. Amber is forever grateful of the experiences she's had from being in the NUFP program and loves helping other NUFP students through their journey in Higher Education.  Nicole Caridad currently works at Tulane University’s Center for Public Service as the Program Manager for Community Engagement. She earned her undergraduate degree in History & American Studies from Florida State University where she was a NUFP! She earned her Master’s in Higher Education & Student Affairs from North Carolina State University. Nicole Caridad loves assisting others in finding their passions and paths!

As the NUFP Coordinators for the Multiracial Knowledge Community, we are here to serve as a resource to you and to help you get connected with our KC. One way you can get connected to our KC is by filling out this NUFP MRKC Spotlight Form. Are you a multiracial NUFP alumni who wants to get involved with the MRKC?! Then fill out this Alumni Form.

We hope that you will take advantage of all the positive resources that NUFP will provide to you, as we believe that they will prepare you in entering the field of higher education and student affairs.
