Hotel Information
A block of rooms is being held for symposium participants at the Mayfair Hotel and Spa in beautiful Coconut Grove, Florida . The hotel rate is $179 per night, not including 13% state and local taxes.

Air Travel Information
Travel plans should allow for participants to arrive by 11:00am on January 8th and stay until noon on January 11th. Participants should book flights which depart after 2:00pm.
The hotel is serviced by two airports. Miami International Airport (MIA) is just 7 miles from Coconut Grove and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) is 29 miles away. Taxi Cabs & SuperShuttle (305-871-2000) are available for transportation to and from the airport.

The dress for NASPA Center for Women events is business casual.
Weather
Temperatures in Coconut Grove in January tend to be in the mid 70's and sunny. Remember to pack an umbrella in case of a surprise rain shower, and visit The Weather Channel, to check the forecast before you leave.
Tourism
We hope that you will explore Coconut Grove and the surroundaing areas when not busy with the symposium or if you arrive in the city before the program begins. There are plenty of things to do and see.
