The members of the Board of Directors of the NASPA Foundation work to ensure proper stewardship of the Foundation and its resources. The Board is responsible for cultivating new membership, sponsoring annual events for the Foundation, and otherwise providing for increased visibility, participation, and commitment to the Foundation's mission. Members are selected from general NASPA membership, and are elected to two-year terms, and meetings of the Board take place twice each year, including at NASPA's annual national conference.
