- Consolidation Voter's Guide: Voting on the matter of the proposed consolidation between ACPA and NASPA will begin on March 15, 2011 and will end on April 15, 2011. The consolidation voter's guide delineates the voting process, provides a sample ballot, and offers statements in favor or and in opposition to the proposed consolidation. Appendices also pull together the key documents related to voting, including the plan of consolidation being voted on, proposed bylaws, and the proposal for Consolidation and subsequent addendum. - Join us in congratulating our 2011 Outstanding New Professional Award recipients! These professionals will be recognized at the 2011 NASPA Annual Awards Luncheon on Tuesday, March 15, 2011.
Mission
The
mission of the New Professionals and Graduate Students (NPGS) Knowledge
Community is to educate and disseminate information related to graduate
students and new administrators in higher education and student
affairs. Additionally, the NPGS KC is committed to creating
opportunities for NASPA members to network, find community, create
dialogue, further their involvement within the organization, and
participate in professional development. Through common interest in
issues that revolve around new professionals and graduate students, NPGS
is committed to supporting the mission and goals of NASPA as well as to
further their commitment to our profession as student affairs
administrators and educators.
