HOW TO JOIN A KC 

NASPA members are welcome to join as many KCs as they'd like.

To join, simply follow these steps.

Step 1

Visit the NASPA website at www.naspa.org and log in by entering your Username and Password.

Step 2

Click on Edit My Profile, which appears under the blue Welcome banner.

Step 3

Click on the Involvement tab.

Step 4

Click on the boxes to the left of the Knowledge Communities you wish to join.

Step 5

Click on the gray Save Changes bar.

That's all there is to it!

KC members will receive emails from their KC chairs. Note that signing up for a KC listserv is a separate process. To sign up for a KC listserv, email the NASPA office and specify which listserv you would like to join. There are listservs for all 24 KCs!

Welcome to the Sustainability KC! We are hard at work and are moving forward with several projects. Since our inception in July of 2009, we have developed a robust team that is providing membership support, publishing a quarterly newsletter, developing partnerships, determining awards selection criteria for an annual award to be presented by our KC, developing regional communities, and much more! As a knowledge community, our vision is to see sustainability instituted within student affairs. Our goals are to educate, activate, and provide an organizational foundation for the pursuit of sustainability within student affairs and among student development professionals. We hope that you join us in this cause through support, sharing your experiences and efforts, or providing leadership.
