What is the cost of membership?
The cost of membership depends on the type of membership (individual or institutional) and the category you are eligible to apply for.
How do I become an individual member of NASPA?
You can join NASPA as an individual member by clicking here. You may also fax the application back to the office at 202-898-5737. Please note if you select Professional Affiliate membership your school must be a current Institutional member of NASPA. Student Affiliate members must also be enrolled in a graduate program on a full time basis.
How do I become an institutional member of NASPA?
Institutional membership is based on enrollment and general fund expenditure budget. Please see the dues matrix to decide what your institution's dues are. International institutions pay a flat rate (see current dues matrix for cost). You can apply by faxing or mailing the application to:

How do I login to members-only?
Your default username is your e-mail address and your default password is your last name. If you joined online your username is your e-mail address and password information is what you entered at that time. If you have forgotten your login information you can request it on the "members only" page. Click here to go to members-only, and click on "Forgot Your Password? Click here" link.
Why can't I login to members-only?
You may not be able to login at this time because your membership has lapsed or you are not using the correct username and password. Please contact us at membership@naspa.org or 202-265-7500 to verify information.
If I become a member of NASPA, when will I have to renew my dues?
Individual memberships expire 1 year from the month you first joined. Institutional dues are billed on a fiscal year of July 1- June 30.
How can I renew, if my membership has lapsed or expired?
Once your membership has lapsed you can purchase a membership online. You can fax the application to 202-898-5737 or mail the form to the NASPA office.
How do I obtain labels or mailing lists from NASPA?
Please fill out the label request form. Labels or mailing lists are sent electronically in excel format. Actual labels will incur additional cost. Lists are free for NASPA sponsored events but the label request form must still be submitted and reason documented. Lists for academic research must be pre-approved before submitting request. All lists are for one time use only.
