All conference activities will take place at The Brown Hotel which is conveniently situated in the heart of Theatre Square, with The Brown Theater just next door and the famous Louisville Palace Theatre one block away. Actors Theatre, the Louisville Ballet and the Louisville Orchestra are one mile away. The city's new entertainment district, 4th Street Live! is just two blocks away. The regions leading research facilities and hospitals are only blocks away. Reservations should be made by June 22, 2012. Airport:
Louisville is serviced by the Louisville International Airport (SDF). The Conference hotel is located approximately 7.3 miles from the Louisville International Airport with an approximate driving time of 18 minutes.
Ground Transportation:
Taxicabs: Taxi cab service is available at the traffic island on the left of the taxi stand outside of baggage claim. The airport is served by Yellow cab (502-636-5511) and Ready cab (502-417-4406) being A one-way cab ride is estimated to cost about $19.00.
Shuttles: The Brown Hotel provides 24-hour complimentary airport shuttles, please call the hotel directly at 502-583-1234 to make arrangements.
