NASPA Interim Administrator Process

NASPA Interim Administrator

When a major leadership position opens within an institution and a full search is not possible or desired, one option is the selection of an interim staff administrator. An interim staff administrator is someone from outside the institution who has been hired to fill a specific position for a specified period of time. The NASPA Board of Directors approved the Interim Administrator process in December, 2006. The purpose of this site is to provide an open forum where institutions can post their "Interim Staff" opportunities and prospective candidates can post their credentials. The responsibility for the search process is to the institution. NASPA makes no claims as accuracy of the candidate credentials posted.
