All conference activities will take place at the JW Marriott Indianapolis. The JW Marriott Indianapolis is approximatley 14 miles away from the Indianapolis International Airport.
Ground Transportation:
The airport's Ground Transportation Center (GTC) is located on Level 1 of the Parking Garage. The GTC is a one-stop shop for rental cars, taxi and limousine service, commercial bus and shuttle service, public transportation via IndyGo, and hotel courtesy vehicles.
The JW Marriott Indianapolis does NOT provided shuttle service to/from the Indianapolis International Airport.
City Bus Service: IndyGo offers 29 fixed daily bus routes to all Marion County townships, major Indianapolis attractions, shopping malls, hospitals, downtown areas, and other locations.
Day passes for all fixed IndyGo routes throughout Indianapolis are available for $4. IndyGo's Green Line Downtown / Airport Express route provides non-stop service from the airport to convenient locations near major downtown hotels and the Indiana Convention Center. Green Line service runs daily from 5 a.m. to 9 p.m. Cost is $7 per trip.
Taxi Cabs: Taxi service is available at the curb on the lower level of the terminal just outside Baggage Claim. There is a $15 minimum charge for all fares from the airport, regardless of distance. If you need to travel outside the Indianapolis area, consult your driver for rates. Fares may not exceed the amount shown on the meter. Please tip drivers appropriately for their service.
