Region I - Connecticut EVENTS
Introducing a new initiative: "On The Road with Connecticut NASPA"
"On the Road with NASPA" is a series of visits to the many colleges and universities in Connecitcut. Three times per semester, a different school will host a Friday afternoon social for new professionals and graduate students, who will be treated to an open session with several director-level staff members, good food and beverages, and a tour of the school by a student. After each social, the attendees will have the option of staying to have a leisurely dinner off campus to keep the socializing going. The goal is to get our new professionals and graduate students out there visiting different colleges and universities, meeting other new and young professionals, and checking out the local culture of each town.
The 2nd On the Road with Connecticut NASPA Event Announced!
Hostess: Michelle Delaney, Director of the Student Union and Student Activities at Eastern Connecticut State University
Date/Time: Friday, December 5th, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
At 3:00 p.m. join us in the Library lobby for the tour of our campus. After the tour, we will meet in Room 219 in the Student Union for an informal, informative panel with Student Affairs staff.
The after program dinner will be weld at Willimantic Brewing Company & Main Street Cafe, a living landmark in Willimantic.
