Learning Outcomes:
Participants will receive information on
where the changes in Title II are rooted and where the Office of Civil
Rights may become involved in future Title II issues
Participants will receive an overview of the new Title II Regulations as they pertain to direct threat
Participants will receive an overview of how Title II Regulations impact campus
policies on accommodations, including service and emotional therapy animals
Participants will leave with a check-list to bring back to their campus in order to
provide a guide to assess institutional policies
