Regional Communication
Region III continues to grow and lead all NASPA Regions in membership numbers. The National Office and Regional Advisory Board are cognizant of the potential increase number of membership emails, and overuse. Therefore, the pride and accomplishments of Region III emphasized in our collective resources, desire to collaborate and the ability to seek advice have been the catalyst to devise a system and submission form for coordinating Regional, State and KC correspondence. These guidelines are below:
Region III Email:
The Regional Advisory Board has agreed to limit Regional email correspondence to once a month. The electronic communication submission form is due by the 10th of each month.
State and Knowledge Communities Email:
The Regional Advisory Board has agreed to allow State Directors and KC Chairs to determine the frequency of emails to their targeted membership. Information must be approved by the State Director or KC Chair and then submitted for distribution through the electronic communication submission form.
