Click here to view the Forum Concurrent Sessions Now Online for the International Assessment & Retention Conference The concurrent sessions and preconference workshops for the 2006 International Assessment & Retention Conference (IARC) are now online! NASPA and Maricopa Community Colleges are pleased to present this professional development opportunity to NASPA members again this year. Our third annual conference, this event will not only bring together student affairs administrators, but also academic affairs, faculty, and institutional researchers to discuss assessment of student learning and the retention of college students. IARC will be held June 16–19, 2006 in Phoenix, Ariz. at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa. More Info / Register Scott Academy International Institute in Mexico –- Early Bird Deadline Approaching! The 2006 International Institute in Student Affairs Leadership Global Collaboration and Understanding in Higher Education will be held in beautiful Cuernavaca, Mexico, July 11–16. The institute is tailored for senior student affairs officers (SSAOs) who are responsible for providing the key institutional leadership in shaping the student experience. More than ever, that experience is influenced by global perspectives, through study abroad, an increasingly diverse student body, and a growing number of Latina/o students with roots in our neighboring country of Mexico. Applications and deposits received by April 15 are eligible for a discounted rate. Although applications will be reviewed until the program is full, early application is encouraged due to limited space. More Info / Register NASPA Undergraduate Fellows Program (NUFP) Applications Now Online Applications for the NASPA Undergraduate Fellows Program (NUFP) are now available. NUFP builds on the success of the Minority Undergraduate Fellows Program (MUFP) and is open to students of ethnic minorities, students with disabilities, and students who identify as LGBT. NUFP's mission is to encourage these students to enter student affairs graduate preparation programs and, eventually, the student affairs profession.
