International Higher Education Assessment & Retention Conference - Call For Programs

NASPA will present the International Higher Education Assessment & Retention Conference, June 16 - 19, 2006 in Phoenix, Ariz. In an era of declining resources and greater accountability, state and federal legislators, accrediting agencies, trustees, and finance divisions are increasingly scrutinizing higher education. The higher education community, both in the United States and abroad, must create a culture of assessment dedicated to continuously improving student learning. This year's Assessment and Retention Conference has as its theme "Everybody's Job: Assessment, Accountability, and Retention in the Learning College." The Call for Programs is now announced! Please visit the NASPA Web site to submit a program!  More Info

SSAOs are responsible for managing growing divisions; partnering with corporations and businesses; and serving as the front-line in protecting the institution from liability and compliance issues. Leadership of complex organizations requires a sophisticated understanding of campus politics, creating successful partnerships, and creating conditions for organizational success. The Scott Academy 2006 January Institute addresses these and other critical issues for SSAOs today.  More Info
