2015 NPGS KC IV-EAST REGIONAL CONFERENCE SCHOLARSHIP

The NASPA Region IV-East New Professionals and Graduate Student Knowledge Community (NPGS KC) is proud to sponsor three scholarships to attend the IV-E NASPA Regional Conference in Schaumburg, Illinois on November 8-10 2015. The scholarship will be awarded to master’s and doctoral students within the NASPA Region IV-East membership.

To apply for the 2015 NPGS KC Region IV-East Conference Scholarship Application:

• Application must be submitted here: http://goo.gl/forms/slVq0Vtgue

• Complete the questions/essays within all sections below

• Submit one (1) letter of reference from a mentor or supervisor to [email protected]

• Submit a current resume to [email protected]

Award Requirement:

• Awardees must write a short reflection for the NASPA NPGS KC Region IV-E Newsletter/Blog upon return (to be submitted by Dec 1, 2015)

Award:

• $500 Scholarship Package, including:  

  • Conference Registration ($195.00, student rate)

  • Travel/Lodging Expenses ($305.00 maximum award)*

    • *These expenses cannot be used for any other purpose but travel (i.g., bus, plane, rental car, etc.) to/from the conference and lodging during the time of the conference.

Selection:

Recipients will be selected on/or around Oct. 1, 2015. All applicants notified by Oct. 7, 2015.
