As a pre-session to the NASPA IV-West Regional Conference, the Mid-Level Institute (MLI) provides an intensive professional development experience that broadens participants’ perspectives on higher education issues, renews commitment to the profession and explores creative leadership strategies.
MLI is intended for professionals with a minimum of five years’ full-time experience and supervisory, budget and/or programming responsibilities for a department. The Institute model includes senior-level faculty-lead teams, case studies, small group discussions and personal reflection time.
