Congratulations to our newly elected Region VI Regional Director!

Region VI is pleased to announce that Dr. Anna Gonzalez is our new Region VI Regional Director! Congratulations Anna! Anna is the Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean of Students at Harvey Mudd College in Claremont, CA and has a long history of service to NASPA in a variety of roles. She is currently serving on the national Board of Directors as a member at large. Anna will begin her term as Regional Director-elect in March at our NASPA Annual Conference.

We are also pleased to acknowledge Dr. Angela Batista as the newly elected NASPA Chair of the Board. Angela will begin her term as Chair-elect in March and serves as the Vice President of Student Affairs and Institutional Diversity and Inclusion at Champlain College in Vermont.

In addition, we have 2 Region VI leaders who have been elected as Chair or Co-Chair of Knowledge Communities. They are:

Latinx/a/o Knowledge Community Co-chair-elect: Martha Enciso Associate Director, Weber Honors College San Diego State University,

Region VI Sustainability Knowledge Community Chair-elect: Vigor Lam Project Engineer II, City College of San Francisco, Region VI
