The NASPA International Education Knowledge Community (IEKC) is pleased to announce that applications are open for 2017’s Best Practices in International Education Award.

The Best Practices in International Education Award seeks to recognize student affairs efforts in involvement and collaboration in international education programs and institutions for exceptional work.

The goals of these awards are: to encourage innovative ideas that will help student affairs professionals create and sustain new opportunities for international and domestic students, to generate conversations among student affairs professionals about campus internationalization, and to inspire awareness of the benefits of international education in higher education.

Award-winning programs in three categories are featured and celebrated at NASPA’s annual International Symposium:

International Programing,  Study Abroad Programing,  and Student Affairs Professional Global Partnership.

For more information and to submit applications, please visit:, or contact Ken Guan at [email protected]

Applications are due on November 21, 2016.

We strongly encourage nominations from outside of the United States.
