Western Regional Conference 2017 is the perfect place for constituent groups, institutions, and NASPA leaders to host brainstorming and/or planning meetings for the next year. It is also the perfect place to host networking and social events after a long day of professional development. 

How to Submit a Meeting Space Request for Monday, November 06, 2017

To submit a meeting/event space request, please complete the following: Meeting and Event Space Request Form

The deadline to submit a meeting space request is Friday, September 01, 2017. Meeting space is very limited. Please do not call the Hilton Hawaiian Village directly to arrange for meeting/event space that is being held in conjunction with WRC. All meetings/events must be submitted online and approved by the Hotel Liaison.  Notification of space assignments will be sent early October 2017.

Meeting/Event Space Guidelines

Cost: There is no cost associated with using the meeting space, however if you are providing catering, have specific room setup needs, and/or audiovisual needs, these may result in additional costs at your expense.
