In this live briefing, restorative justice experts, David Karp, Jasmyn Story, and Jordan Draper, will draw on their varied experiences in the fields of sexual assault, Title IX, and restorative justice to discuss the basics of restorative justice, applying it to issues of campus sexual harm, and particular considerations for survivors, people who have caused harm, and administrators responsible for Title IX. We will also consider the changing landscape with regard to Trump regulations, the #MeToo Movement, as well as the potential of restorative justice to meet the needs of members of marginalized communities. Attendees are encouraged and will have the opportunity to submit questions.
