The NASPA Region I Multi KC Drive-In Conference Committee invites you to join us at Central Connecticut State University (CCSU) on Friday, November 2, 2018 to submit a program proposal for this years conference focusing on Learning to Lead: Strategies for Student Affairs Professionals of Color. This year’s conference goals, objectives, and learning outcomes are as follows:
Cultivate spaces for professionals of Color in Higher Education/Student Affairs to discuss challenges and opportunities to brainstorm/develop ideas for addressing challenges that we face and create opportunities develop a supportive network in the Northeast internally and with other underrepresented communities
Format: Two 45-minute sessions that total of 90-minutes First session is a small group discussion within a caucus group Second session is a more traditional session focused on strategies on how to overcome challenges specific to the caucus group Possible Caucus Breakout Groups: Caucus groups are subject to change.
