As we returned to fall semester, our joy of being with students and colleagues was soured by unprecedented challenges in the rise of staff resignations and labor shortages. Referred to as “The Great Resignation,” we are experiencing excessive staff departures compounded with difficulties in filling vacancies. What can we do to successfully address this crisis issue in higher education? Join us for the October VPSA and AVP Colleague Conversation: Successful Strategies to Retain and Reward Teams during the "Great Resignation."
