Dr. Constanza Cabello currently serves as the Vice President of Diversity, Inclusion and Community Engagement at Framingham State University. In this role she provides broad vision, leadership, management, counsel, and strategic planning to enhance the learning, living, and working community of all campus members. Her strong training background allows her to engage with students, faculty, and staff on different campuses. She is currently on the teaching faculty for the USC Race and Equity Center Equity Institutes. She was actively involved with NASPA serving on the Latinx/a/o Knowledge Community national leadership team. She is an alum of the Social Justice Training Institute and served as a faculty member for the NASPA Dungy Leadership Institute at the Ohio State University. Connie is a proud first-generation college student. Connie received a Master of Science in Counseling: Student Development in Higher Education from Central Connecticut State University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Policy and Planning from the University of Connecticut. She completed the Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership Studies program at Northeastern University. Her dissertation focused on Latinx/a/o higher educational professionals at PWIs in New England (specifically their experiences responding to racial bias incidents).
