Jacinda Felix Haro

Jacinda Félix Haro has over 15 years experience in the higher education field, Jacinda’s work encompasses Title IX coordination and investigation, student conduct, crisis management, CARE team/ student support, multicultural and LGBTQ education, diversity and inclusion training, student advising, advocacy and engagement, leadership and involvement programs, fraternity and sorority life, student union work, residence life, and new student orientation programs. A first generation college student and proud Nuyorican, Jacinda currently serves as the Senior Associate Dean of Students at MCPHS University in Boston. Jacinda received her B.S. in Communication Arts from SUNY New Paltz, her M.A.T. from Sacred Heart University and is currently a student in the Higher Education Administration Ph.D. program at the University of Massachusetts Boston. In addition, Jacinda serves on numerous committees and councils in the New England area and nationally.
