Rebecca Crandall , Ph.D (email@example.com) is a senior lecturer in the Higher Education and Student Affairs (HESA) program at The Ohio State University. She also serves as coordinator of HESA’s Student Personnel Assistantship program. A scholar-practitioner with over a decade of experience in student affairs roles, her research concentrates on questions relevant to the success and development of intercollegiate athletes, religious minority students, and LGBTQ students. She was the 2017 recipient of the Jon C. Dalton Institute on College Student Values Dissertation of the Year award and the 2017 ACPA Commission for Professional Preparation Burns B. Crookston Doctoral Research Award. She earned her Ph.D. in Educational Research and Policy Analysis with a specialization in higher education from North Carolina State University in 2016.
