Vice Presidents for Student Affairs Guide for the 2018 NASPA Annual Conference

Get ready for Philly! This program guide highlights everything related to vice presidents for student affairs (and the equivalent) during the 2018 NASPA Annual Conference.

Throughout the conference, VPSAs are encouraged to visit the VPSA Lounge, Convention Center, 112A, to gather with colleagues, share information, or just relax.  The Lounge will be open during the following times:

  • Saturday, March 3, 12:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Sunday, March 4, 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Monday, March 5, 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday, March 6, 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 pm.

VPSA attendees may also pick up their name badge and conference materials in the VPSA Lounge during its hours of operation if they do not have a balance due on their registration.  All attendees with a balance due must visit the conference registration area in Convention Center, Broad Street Atrium.  This year’s VPSA Lounge lead sponsor is Presence. The Lounge is also sponsored in part by Student Health 101, APLU, and Pacifica Labs. The VPSA gift is provided by Eco Promotional Products, Inc.
