Student Financial Wellness

Financial barriers are primary obstacles to degree completion and both the causes and impacts of financial, food, and housing insecurity on our students are complex. Student affairs can play a central role in helping students improve their fiscal health during college and remain financially stable after graduation. Emergency aid grants, food pantries, and peer education are just a few of the emerging strategies to support our students financial wellness and ensure their basic needs are met while trying to fulfill their educational aspirations.
