NASPA Region IV-W is thankful to our NASPA Foundation Diamond Club members! Leading up to the National Day of Giving on November 28th, we will be featuring a regional member as they share their reason for why they give.

Featuring Carrie Lovelace Petr, Ph.D., Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean of Students Director, Minor in Leadership Studies at Doane University

My gift to NASPA is tiny compared to the support and professional development I get in return, both for me and for my staff.  As a VPAS/Dean at a small institution with a small staff, I value the professional connections and resources NASPA offers to my team.  No matter how big or small a problem we face, we can always find a NASPA member willing to offer advice or counsel.  When I first joined as a graduate student, I had no idea how impactful NASPA membership would be on my career, and I hope that my contribution makes it possible for others to share in the benefits for years to come.
