  • How to Be an Effective Campus Advocate Guide: Focuses on clarifying advocate roles and responsibilities; establishing confidentiality standards; creating safe spaces for survivors; training and preparing advocates; navigating federal regulations on survivor accommodations; and developing a survivor fund. Its goal is to help campus advocates effectively prevent and respond to sexual violence while supporting survivor well-being.
  • Planning and Strategy for Campus Prevention Education Guide: Focused on prevention, this guide reviews federal guidelines for sexual violence programming and offers frameworks, resources, and practical tools—such as worksheets and planning aids—to support campuses in developing effective, campuswide prevention strategies.
  • Creating an Activist Peer Education Program Guide: Supports practitioners developing and strengthening activist peer education programs. This guide covers how to get started, recruitment strategies, training approaches, empowering peer educators, and providing ongoing professional development.
  • Training, Compliance, and Engagement for Campus Employees Guide: This guide is most relevant for faculty, student affairs professionals, and advisors who work regularly with students. The guide helps employees understand their roles and obligations, know what to expect from training, respond appropriately to disclosures, practice active bystander intervention, and foster a supportive campus culture.
  • Assessing and Improving Campus Sexual Violence Policies Guide: This guide is relevant for all campus community members.  It outlines steps to strengthen sexual misconduct policies, including: Designating a policy assessment and implementation team,  reviewing current policies, considering key policy components, sharing policies and resources campus-wide, and reassessing policies regularly.
  • Communicating with Campus Stakeholders About Sexual Violence Guide: Supports campus efforts to prevent and respond to sexual violence. While useful to all, it is especially relevant for survivor advocates, media relations staff, Title IX teams, campus leadership, student affairs professionals, coordinators, and students. The guide helps campuses recognize the importance of speaking out about sexual violence, address increases in reported cases, create consistent messaging across campus, write timely Clery Act warnings, and communicate effectively with the media.
