The preparation of emerging workforce participants graduating from higher education institutions and the expectations of employers seeking future employees do not align with ease and exactness. Instead, with each graduating class, career services directors and staff are challenged to enhance employment prospects without an integrated all-campus approach but with shared accountability for student outcomes.
