This award is given at the state and regional levels. NASPA membership is required for this nominee.

This award is presented to an individual within Region I, with no more than 4 years’ experience, who is recognized by their peers or supervisor for superior service to their institution

Required Criteria:
● May not have served more than four years in a full-time position in student affairs
● Has made significant contributions to both the individual's employer institution(s) and to the profession
● Has performed all aspects of their job in an exemplary manner
