In partnership with the Department of Public Health & Human Services, Celebration on the Hill - A Day of Action is an event focused on educating and fostering action amoungst students both at the college and high school level with the Montana 2027 legislative session.

We are excited to invite students from across Montana at the high school level and college level to join us for our Celebration on the Hill - A Day of Action event in Helena, MT, from April 15th through April 16th, 2027! During this 2-day workshop, we will highlight why being civically engaged is so important to students and their future. Students will not only learn why they should be civically engaged but also learn how to engage with their state representatives and legislatures on topics that are important to them. Come join us at this event to be inspired and empowered to get involved and to make a difference in your community!

The Healthy Colleges Montana (HCM) coalition is excited to partner with the Department of Public Health & Human Services through their Montana Tobacco Use Prevention Program (MTUPP) on this event.
For nearly 20 years, MTUPP has supported the work of HCM to support college and university's efforts to reduce use and exposure to tobacco across the state.
