This award recognizes an outstanding contribution to the field of higher education and the engagement of the parent and family population through research, scholarly article, digital/printed published work, or national recognized digital publication. The nominee’s work should be published within five years of the date of submitting this nomination. Self-nominations are encouraged. The nominator must be a NASPA member.
Nominators will submit:
- Basic information about the published work and the nominator;
- A 350 to 500-word description on how the published work enhanced the nominator's professional work with parents and families.
PFRKC strongly encourages nominations for the award from all corners of the NASPA organization both from the U.S. and our international ties. The award recipient will be recognized at the PFRKC Open Business Meeting held during the annual NASPA Conference.
