Peer Education Advisors Academy

As you move through this course, you'll explore the foundational skills and tools to effectively support, launch, and strengthen peer education programs on your campus. The course is designed to take you through five modules, listed below, to build your understanding step by step from core models and student development to assessment and learning outcomes.

The pricing for this course is based on individual NASPA membership. The cost is $149 for members, and $249 for non-members. 

The course consists of approximately 75 minutes of video instruction. There is also an accompanying workbook (available as a PDF in the course) which contains reflection activities and worksheets for you to complete throughout the training. 

In addition to the recorded content and accompanying workbook, students will also have access to our Peer Education and Advising Faculty, who will be listed as instructors of the course. These individuals are peer educator advisors just like you and are a great resource! Over time these volunteers will also work to enhance the Advisors Academy course with discussion boards, surveys, and other opportunities for folks to connect. 

We highly recommend completing our Certified Peer Educator (CPE) Train the Trainer course! Completing this course will allow you to deliver the nationally recognized CPE training for your students, resulting in them attaining a certification to include on their resume.
