About

Middle managers are often at the heart of change, tasked with translating senior executives’ strategies into actionable plans while guiding their teams through implementation. But how do you define your role, and how can you truly make an impact?

If you’re a mid-level manager who identifies as a Millennial (or Millennial adjacent), this event is designed just for you! We’ve carefully curated a lineup of panels, speakers, and break-out sessions to explore:

  • Real Talk for the “Power Middle”
  • Career Acceleration Strategies
  • Intentional, Peer-Based Networking
  • Holistic Leadership Development
  • Bridging Generations, Building Legacies

Join us at Agnes Scott College, a private liberal arts women’s college in Decatur, Georgia, for this inspiring event. We are pleased to introduce Next Up as a distinct and independent offering, separate from the Women’s Leadership Institute. While WLI is taking a pause this year, it will return next year with renewed energy and impact. In the meantime, we invite you to take part in this exciting new opportunity, designed to provide fresh insights and meaningful engagement to our millennial middle managers.
