UPCOMING PROGRAMS

Fireside Chat — From Surviving to Thriving: Work-Life Integration

Friday, November 14, 12 - 1 p.m. Eastern Time

In higher education and beyond, women leaders often find themselves in constant motion—balancing ambitious professional goals with family responsibilities, community engagement, and personal wellness. This fireside chat, From Surviving to Thriving: Work-Life Integration, invites participants into a transparent dialogue on how to move beyond endurance toward alignment and fulfillment.

Through candid conversation, NASPA Center for Women board members—including Dr. Tanya Johnson, Dr. Theresa Lucas, and fellow CFW board members—will share practical tools for sustainable leadership: setting boundaries with compassion, managing seasons of high demand, prioritizing well-being, and creating supportive team and family structures.
