NASPA Center for Women is proud to continue its Meaningful Mentorship program with monthly discussions facilitated by board members in which participants will learn from one another as they engage. These discussions are a great opportunity to receive peer mentorship and to be heard, seen, and encouraged.
Meaningful Mentorship programs are free for NASPA members and $39 for non-members.

From Service to Success: Advancing Students and Yourself

Join the Center for Women for this dynamic, purpose-driven workshop designed for higher education professionals who are committed to student success while also seeking growth and fulfillment in their own careers. This session explores how service-oriented work can be transformed into strategic leadership, professional advancement, and sustainable impact. Participants will reflect on their roles as advocates, mentors, and change agents, and learn how to leverage their daily work into meaningful outcomes for students and themselves. Through guided discussion and practical tools, attendees will gain insight into aligning passion with purpose, preventing burnout, building influence, and positioning their experiences for career progression. This workshop empowers participants to honor their commitment to service while intentionally advancing toward personal, professional, and institutional success.

This fireside chat, From Surviving to Thriving: Work-Life Integration, invites participants into a transparent dialogue on how to move beyond endurance toward alignment and fulfillment.
